Scope. This policy covers the Quantal Health marketing website at quantal-health.com. It does not govern patient data inside a clinic's branded app. That data belongs to the clinic, lives in the clinic's own dedicated environment, and is governed by the clinic's own privacy notice — with Quantal acting as a service provider under a HIPAA-aligned data agreement. See Security & HIPAA for how that works.
We keep this deliberately small. On the marketing website we collect:
We do not ask for patient health information through this website, and you should not send it to us here.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising to you across other sites.
We share website information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business (for example, hosting and email), under agreements that limit them to that purpose — and when required by law. We never trade or sell your contact details.
When a clinic runs Quantal Health, patient data is collected under the clinic's name and stays in the clinic's dedicated environment. Quantal processes it on the clinic's behalf as a service provider (a business associate, in HIPAA terms) under a signed, HIPAA-aligned data agreement. The clinic — not Quantal — is the point of contact for its patients' privacy rights.
We keep website inquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
You can ask us what website information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it.
We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. We'll change the “last updated” date above when we do.
